-Removed the Cloak flaw and enhanced the inbound flood processing.
-fixed minor issues with smilies and added the eyes smiley :QQ and the United Kingdom flag !gb
-fixed some minor color issues and lagg text parse.
-modified some i/face.

suicide ill look into your suggestions in the next versions since i was a bit busy lately and couldnt add them here.
